What if something changes?

Most changes are easy — reschedule, add or drop windows, or switch product. Just tell us as early as you can. Changes get harder once blinds are ordered or cut to fit.

Plans change, especially mid-move — that’s expected, and most changes are easy to handle. The sooner you tell us, the smoother it goes:

Scheduling — need to move your appointment, push it out, or pull it sooner? Just let us know and we’ll find a new time. Same-day and rush slots are tighter, so the earlier the heads up, the better.

Scope — added rooms, dropped a few windows, or changed your mind on which rooms come first? No problem. We’ll adjust the plan and update your estimate or quote to match.

Product — switching blackout to light-filtering, changing how it mounts, or picking a different style is simple before anything’s ordered or cut. Once a blind is made to size or cut to fit your opening, changes get harder and may not be reversible — so it’s worth locking those calls in before we order.

Timing — if your urgency changes, that can shift both scheduling and pricing. We’ll walk you through what’s possible either way.

Tell us early and we’ll flex with you. We’d rather adjust up front than leave you stuck with something that doesn’t fit your situation.
