You'll get an email confirmation right away, and we'll personally reach out within 4 to 12 hours — by text, call, or email — to take the next step with you.
How do I prepare for install?
Clear heavy furniture away from the windows, have someone home, secure pets, and confirm your blinds (if you bought them) are on-site. We handle the rest.
What if something changes?
Most changes are easy — reschedule, add or drop windows, or switch product. Just tell us as early as you can. Changes get harder once blinds are ordered or cut to fit.

What is BYOB?
BYOB = Bring Your Own Blinds. You already bought them; we install them professionally and make sure they work right.
Can you install blinds I already bought?
Yes — that's our BYOB service. Just make sure they fit the windows and come with all the hardware, and we'll get them up.
Can you cut or modify the blinds I already bought?
It Depends. Usually not for blinds you supplied — cutting customer-owned product is risky. Some retail blinds can be trimmed to fit; we'll tell you honestly if yours are a candidate.

Yes, though our installs usually go fast enough to do the whole house in one trip. We can prioritize the most exposed rooms first if needed — just know that splitting into two trips can mean an extra charge depending on why.
Do evening or weekend appointments exist?
Yes. Move-in panic doesn't keep business hours — we offer evening and weekend installs. Those slots are limited, so the earlier you ask, the better.
